Do you take insurance?
Virtual Health Plus does not currently accept insurance. We will provide your clinic note and a “super bill” so you can submit those to your health insurance for reimbursement.Â
What payment methods do you take?
We take all major credit cards. An invoice will be e-mailed to you within 12 hours of booking your appointment. Please pay before your appointment time.
Who can be seen at Virtual Health Plus?
We are currently serving Civilians 17 years and older.
Who are the Virtual Health Plus clinicians?
We are a network of U.S. board-certified Internal Medicine physicians, holding medical licenses in the states of Florida and Virginia.Â
What is an Internist?
Internal Medicine physicians are specialists who apply scientific knowledge and clinical expertise to the diagnosis, treatment, and compassionate care of adults across the spectrum from basic health to complex illness. Internists are especially well trained in the diagnosis of puzzling medical problems, in the ongoing care of chronic illnesses, and in caring for patients with more than one health condition. Internal Medicine physicians also specialize in health promotion and disease prevention.Â
How long do I have to cancel to get a full refund?
You must cancel your appointment at least 24 hours prior to your scheduled appointment time to receive a full refund. We do not offer refunds within 24 hours of the appointment.
When can I get an appointment?
Virtual Health Plus appointments must be scheduled in advance. We will be offering more appointment slots in the near future. If you are having a medical emergency, please go to your nearest emergency room. Â
How do I access my medical records from Virtual Health Plus?
When your appointment is confirmed, you will receive an email with the link to the patient portal. You can also access the patient portal link in the top menu.
