We do not take insurance, so you will need to pay prior to your appointment time. 

Documents will be sent to your patient portal for you to submit to insurance for reimbursement.  Please see pricing below.

How to have a succesfull video appointment

Test your equipment

Ensure you are in a quiet private space, and check that your camera and microphone are working.

Check your internet

It is preferable to use a device that is on wifi or a wired connection.  If you use your phone, check that you have good reception.

Wear Headphones

It may be easier to hear your doctor if you wear headphones.  However, if a family member is also present, we will make sure you can hear us clearly.

Cost

Appointments are 30 minutes long. Forms will be sent to you electronically within 12 hours of booking. Please fill out the forms and upload any relevant outside records prior to your appointment to ensure no delays.

Documents will be sent to your patient portal after your appointment. This can be submitted to your health insurance for reimbursement.
